Callan Manley, a Blacksburg (VA) native, serves as the project manager and location lead in the New River Valley. His attention to detail has been his driving force in seeing that work is done to the highest standard of craftsmanship. While enjoying hands-on project management, Callan deeply values building relationships with those around him, whether with individuals in his workspace or in his personal life. His desire to achieve quality craftsmanship and pursue intentional relationships defines his work at True Way Builders. Away from work, he loves to spend time outside playing disc golf and pickleball, fly fishing, hiking, and time inside crafting espresso, visiting local coffee shops, and exploring antique stores.
